What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm and check-out is by 10 am. If you need a different time, message us and we'll see how we can help.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?
Yes, they all have a private kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, dishes and utensils.
How does the free breakfast work?
If you book on our website, we send you a voucher on WhatsApp. Just show it at the café. It's one breakfast per person, per stay.
How do I get there from the airport?
From Ezeiza it's about 45 minutes by taxi, and about 15 from Aeroparque. We recommend an official airport taxi (remis) or a ride-hailing app. Once you book, we'll send you directions on WhatsApp.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, pets are welcome. Just let us know before you arrive.
How do I pay?
You leave a 20% deposit through Mercado Pago and pay the rest on arrival. If you pay by bank transfer or in cash, you get 10% OFF.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before your arrival.
