The terms of your stay at Marais Recoleta and Marais Centro.
- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 2 pm. Check-out by 10 am. Other times depend on availability and can be arranged on WhatsApp.
- Booking and payment
- To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is paid through Mercado Pago in the booking system. The balance is paid on arrival. Paying the full amount by bank transfer, or the balance in cash on arrival, gets you a 10% discount.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
- ID
- On arrival, each guest shows their ID card or passport.
- Pets
- Pets are welcome, with notice before arrival.
- Occupancy
- Each apartment sleeps up to 2 guests.
- Free breakfast
- Valid only for bookings made on maraishotels.com. One breakfast per person, per stay (Porteño or Canela), at the café designated for each location. Currently available at Marais Recoleta. Not exchangeable for cash.
- Long stays
- From 28 nights, with monthly rates on request. A 30% deposit is paid, then each month in advance.
